Our Pricing

At Washington Insight Solutions, we value transparency and strive to make the payment process straightforward. While we do not bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Our fees are comprehensive and include all aspects of the assessment process—testing sessions, detailed report writing, and the feedback session to review your results and recommendations. We believe this investment provides invaluable clarity and actionable insights to help you achieve your goals.

If you have questions about fees, the superbill process, or what to expect, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to guide you and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Initial Intake: $200

This 60-minute session is a crucial first step in your journey with us. It’s designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your unique story, concerns, and goals in a supportive and collaborative environment. During this session, we use our expertise to carefully evaluate your needs and design a personalized psychological testing and assessment plan.

Unlike practices that rely on a one-size-fits-all approach, we believe that thoughtful preparation leads to better outcomes. This intake session ensures that any services or recommendations we provide are specifically tailored to you, saving you time and resources in the long run.

Because this session focuses on thoroughly understanding your needs and determining the best path forward, it is billed separately from the testing package. Whether testing is recommended or not, we are committed to helping you with meaningful next steps. If testing isn’t warranted, we’ll guide you toward appropriate resources, referrals, or strategies to support your goals and well-being.

By investing in this session, you’re prioritizing a tailored, thoughtful approach that respects your time and ensures the highest quality care while feeling fully supported every step of the way.
