Meet Our Team
At Washington Insight Solutions, our team is led by Dr. Leda Kaveh and Dr. Erica Featherson, both licensed psychologists dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological testing and assessment services in Maryland.
Dr. Kaveh, the owner and director, specializes in holistic psychotherapy and psychological assessments, bringing values of honesty, kindness, humor, and compassion to the practice. Dr. Featherson holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and is licensed in both DC and Maryland, with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, families, and groups, specializing in trauma alongside children and families.
Together, they are committed to helping clients gain clarity and insight into their mental health needs through personalized evaluations and tailored treatment plans.
